From February 28 through March 7, 2015, a team will provide for the physical needs, as well as the spiritual needs, of the Honduran people. Follow us as we document the preparations and the planning, the training and the team-building, the going and the growing as we serve the LORD Jesus, our One and Only Savior, and the people of Honduras.

Our 2012 and 2013 missions are here as well ...

The Evangecube

The Evangecube!
How many of you have ever seen this?  It's a pretty neat tool to use when sharing the gospel message with someone, especially if they're a visual learner.  The evangecube is one tool that Ben is interested in using when he witnesses ~ I might get him to help me present a devotion at AWANA this year and he could use the evangecube.

Let's see how it works!

The cube has numbered pictures and the numbers have arrows to indicate in which direction to open the cube next.

The first picture shows God (depicted by a bright light) on the right and man surrounded by darkness on the left.
God is perfect and man is sinless and so they are separated.

When you open the cube the next picture depicts Jesus on the cross.
He died in our place to save us from our sins.

Jesus was buried in a tomb that was sealed with a giant boulder and guarded by armed soldiers to prevent anyone from stealing the body.

But do you really think that some silly boulder and two armed soldiers could hold back the POWER OF GOD???

GOD raised Jesus from the dead on the third day, just as He said ... defeating the strangling grip of sin.

Faith in Jesus, His death on the cross and victory over death provides a bridge to cover the gap that was once the separation between God and man.

All you have to do is accept what Jesus did ... He did it just for you.  Take hold of Him ... He's holding out His hand!

At the end of the cube is the picture below.  It outlines the steps for Christians, ... those who choose Christ ... to follow as part of their new journey.
The Heart is for LOVE.  Love God, love others.
The figure above the heart is for PRAYER.  Pray about everything.
Study the BIBLE.  Read and learn from God's Word.
FELLOWSHIP with other Believers.
TELL others and the world about Jesus.
